We feel it is important to remind you that Cambie lodge is a small business where every reservation small or large has a large effect on our wellbeing. When a reservation is made ahead of time this means we agree to turn away all other people who may want to reserve this room. Last minute reservations cancelation provide us too little time to re-book a room and this means we lose potential business. When these unwarranted losses add up and it can mean big problems for a small business like ours. As such, we are forced to abide by strict reservation and cancellation policies
Cambie Lodge requires a valid credit card to guarantee your reservation.
Please note: In order to process your reservation on our regular cancellation policy, we will apply the deposit of CAD$1.00. The reservation name and the credit card name have to match, if somebody books a room for you or you are reserving for somebody else, we will need a Credit Card- Authorization form, from the person who will pay the invoice.
Same day reservation: The total amount of your reservation will be charged at the time the reservation is made and is non-refundable.
BILLING: Please note: The total amount of your bill will be charged to the credit card that we have on file three days before the arrival date. If you wish to pay with a different card, you must to contact us by phone: 1-604-872-3060 or by email email@example.com and provide us with a new credit card number. If your credit card is declined, we will send you an email to request an update for the billing information. After the email is sent, we will only hold your reservation for 24 hours unless a response is received. If no reply is received the reservation will be cancelled.
a) Regular reservations: Cancellations/modifications are allowed up to 3 days (72 hours) before the date of arrival. No fees will be charged, after which your reservation becomes non-refundable.
b) Prepaid: If you cancel more than 72 hrs. prior we will refund the total amount paid in advance. To clarify, cancellations less than 72 hrs. from your day of arrival we will keep the total amount of your reservation.
c) Non-refundable: You only have 4 hours after the reservation has been made to cancel or modify your reservation. If you cancel the reservation after 4 hours there will be no refund. Once made, a prepaid / non-refundable reservation cannot be modified. Please note: If you are a no-show for a multiday reservation and do not contact us, management reserves the right to reopen the room for sale on the next day at 15:00 hrs.
d) Last minute: All reservations made 3 days before arrival date are non-refundable. You only have one hour after reservation made to modify. Please note: in case of a no show, we will cancel your reservation. Strict check-in policies, please contact us for more information.
